SALES POLICIES

  1. Our terms are COD or Credit Card. We accept all major Credit Cards.
  2. Orders are sent within three working days. In most cases orders are sent the day they are received.
  3. Backorders are sent only by special request. In order to save our customers shipping costs, we will not send partial shopments without special permission.
  4. Minimum Orders: Please, no orders less than $35. There will be a surcharge of $2 per order for less than our minimum.
  5. Shipping Cost: All shipments are F.O.B. Columbus, MS, except drop ship items which are F.O.B. point of origin.
  6. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Consult your representative for pricing.
  7. Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Merchandise must be returned in the original package within 30 days of the invoice date. A restocking fee may apply.

WARRANTY

All the products distributed by Lowndes Manufacturing are manufactured and quality controlled to the very best standards possible. However, since the use of our products is beyond the control of the seller or manufacturer, we are not responsible for results obtained.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of our product if defective in manufacturing.
