I have
enjoyed photography since I was 10 years old when my Dad, an avid
photographer, gave me my first camera. I took
quite a few family and pet snapshots and travel photos through
the years, but I wasn't really serious about film photography.
I have evolved into a
nature photographer the past 9 years since going digital. It opened up a whole new
world of wonders and freedom to shoot anytime, anywhere! My favorite subjects are
birds, animals, flowers, old homes, and landscapes. I hope you enjoy browsing through
the many albums of my favorite photos on this site and at my
ImageEvent site and
tell your friends about the site.
My current cameras are
a Canon EOS 40D SLR and a Canon S3 IS point-and-shoot with 12X zoom. You can see
my DSLR equipment if you're
interested.
My photos have been
shown in several exhibits at the Arts Center and the local university. I have taught
digital
photography classes at Mississippi University for Women as extended studies courses
and currently teach digital photography at the Rosenzweig Arts Center. I also offer
tutoring for computers, digital photography, Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. In
addition, I restore old photos and offer other digital imaging services through
my Heritage Photos site . Please visit
